Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Account Management

Deposits & Withdrawals

Prohibited Conduct

Suspension & Termination

54bd1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete verification, inactivity, or regulatory requirement. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player, any Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the player via the registered payment method.

An account will be considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to classifying an account as inactive, 54bd1 will send a notification to the registered email address. If no response is received within 30 days of notification, 54bd1 may apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month to the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the player logs in and reactivates the account.

Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Funds balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding obligations. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.
